Pita Pizza
Yield: 20 servings
10 each pita, honey wheat
5/8 quart Heartland Marinara Sauce
1 ¼ Quarts mozzarella, low-fat
1 ¼ Quarts mushroom
5/8 Quart red onion
¼ Quart spinach
Thaw one pita for every two servings, thaw a package of spinach, drain, and squeeze all water out of it. Make sure the spinach is as dry as possible.
Top each pita with marinara sauce, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and cheese in that order.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut each pizza in half, then each half into three wedges; three wedges to a serving.
