Peanut Butter Spread
Yield: 2 Cups
1 Container (15 ounces) fat-free ricotta cheese
¼ Cup peanut butter
1 Tablespoon honey
½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon vanilla
¼ Teaspoon almond extract
Place all ingredients in food processor; process until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a spread for rice cakes, if desired.
