Maple Mustard-Glazes Chicken
Servings: 8
6 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 Tablespoons maple syrup
2 Tablespoons stoneground mustard
2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
½ Teaspoon dried thyme
8 6 ounce chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C
Stir Dijon, maple syrup, stoneground mustard, brown sugar, and thyme together in a small bowl.
Preheat grill and coat with cooking spray.
Grill chicken lightly to seal in juices. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350.
Place grilled chicken on prepared baking sheet, then brush with mustard mixture.
Roast 10 minutes, then baste with mustard mix again. Return to oven and roast until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165.
