Chocolate Soufflé
Sugar
4 egg whites
1/2 cup Heartland Chocolate Sauce
1. Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly spray insides
of 6 ramekins with vegetable oil spray.
Sprinkle insides of dishes with sugar. Invert
dishes; tap bottoms lightly to remove excess
sugar.
2. With an electric mixer, beat egg whites at
high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually
beat in 1 tablespoon sugar.
3. Place chocolate sauce in large bowl. Fold in
egg whites until well blended.
4. Pour chocolate mixture evenly into
prepared ramekins. Bake 12-15 minutes or
until centers are set. Serve immediately.
