Estate Rooms: $50.00 Per Person Per Night Upgrade Fee These rooms were built for our Heartland guests wanting a little more space and a little luxury! They each have their own heating/cooling controls. Glass sliding doors w/mock balcony, tub/shower combination with vanity sink separate from bathing tub and toilet; and have both lake & timber views! Two Queen Beds and sitting area.
Heartland Check-In – 2:30 p.m.
Heartland Program ends 1:30 p.m. on day of departure
Included massages are pre-scheduled for you during the daytime hours and provided by male or female therapists. All other services may be scheduled upon arrival.
A 50% deposit is due at the time your reservation is made. The balance or your stay is due 30 days prior to your arrival. You may use cash, Visa Master Card, American Express, check or money order.

Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest, payable by cash or check only.
For a true get-away environment, we are technology free. Guest rooms are NOT equipped with telephones and televisions. There is NO e-mail access or modem hookup available on the facility.
Guests must be at least 18 years old.
Out of consideration for other spa guests, cell phones and computers are not permitted in common areas.
Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted.

Cancellation refunds will be processed in 10-14 days.
Spa Guard Payment Protection is available for $6.50 per $100 (or any part thereof) of your program payments. Please ask for details.
There are no refunds for early departure or “no shows”.

Here at the Heartland Spa, we recognize the value of technology. We use it on the Web, and we use it to provide the best possible service. Part of providing the best possible service means that we have implemented a tech-free policy for all public areas in The Heartland Spa. Many of our guests appreciate the sanctuary of our buildings and gardens without the intrusion of bells, beeps and whistles. Cell phones and computers are welcome, but only in the privacy of your room.
The Heartland Spa does not provide any internet accessibilty. Should you require internet service, wireless service is available through several national providers. We suggest you make arrangements prior to your visit.
